Given the pending prorated credit for Room & Meals charge for the spring 2020 semester, the scheduled monthly billing statement on April 7th from IRISHPAY will not be produced.  Communication regarding the prorated credit for Room & Meals should be emailed within the next 7-10 business days.

March 19, 2020

Based upon Fr. Jenkin’s March 18, 2020 communication, our office is working to review all accounts to determine the appropriate credit towards the Room & Meals and/or meal plan charges.  In the coming weeks, additional communication will be sent to students to provide further details.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.  We continue to pray for the good health and well being of all throughout the world during this uncertain time.

March 11, 2020

Since news of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) became widely known in January, Notre Dame’s leadership has been working on our response to this worldwide health emergency and making contingency plans for future developments.  As always, our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our campus community—students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

As mentioned in the March 11th communication from Fr. John I. Jenkins, additional evaluation and communication will take place by April 3, 2020 regarding the possibility of resuming in-person classes.  The Office of Student Accounts will await this decision in order to determine potential adjustments to semester charges that have been placed on accounts.

Our office will use this space to post updates related to the student account.  For campus wide updates we encourage you to visit coronavirus.nd.edu.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
