Below is a tentative schedule related to the prorated Room & Meals credits being placed on eligible accounts. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to stay on schedule during these difficult times.
- Week of April 6 - credits will begin to appear on accounts - COMPLETED
Week of April 13 - refunds will begin to be processed via direct deposit in IRISHPAY - COMPLETED
- Deposits into personal bank accounts should occur 48-72 hours after posting in IRISHPAY
- Week of April 20 - refunds will begin to be processed via check mailed to the home address - COMPLETED

Given the pending prorated credit for Room & Meals charge for the spring 2020 semester, the scheduled monthly billing statement on April 7th from IRISHPAY will not be produced. Communication regarding the prorated credit for Room & Meals should be emailed within the next 7-10 business days.

Based upon Fr. Jenkin’s March 18, 2020 communication, our office is working to review all accounts to determine the appropriate credit towards the Room & Meals and/or meal plan charges. In the coming weeks, additional communication will be sent to students to provide further details.

The Office of Student Accounts is available for business from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET (Monday – Friday). For the safety of both students and staff we are asking all visitors to use phone and email as the primary mode of contact.
